All faulty or damaged items can be returned within 14 days. For a full refund including return postage on damaged or faulty items only and the original delivery charge.
Returns made after the 14 day return policy has expired will Not be accepted or refunded.

Otherwise no, we do NOT accept orders back just because you have changed your mind. All items are made to order at the time of purchase and come under Custom or Personalized products.
